You are hereby advised your participation in any formal or impromptu street race, exhibition of speed, reckless driving, or aiding and abetting in the previously mentioned activities, or in any other type of dangerous vehicle movements on any highway or property, private or public, is inherently dangerous to human life. As a result of participating in any of the previously mentioned activities, it is reasonable to conclude these types of dangerous driving activities can result in a vehicle’s loss of control, followed by a subsequent collision resulting in severe injuries or death. if you participate in any of the aforementioned activities, and such activities result in the death of another person, you can be charged with murder.
